Returns are not accepted. In the rare case of items damaged in transit or an incorrect order sent out, then we can work with you on a replacement.

FREE domestic and international shipping.

• The estimated delivery time for domestic purchases (GCC Region) is 3 - 5 business days.
•  International delivery time is 2 - 3 weeks. Once the artwork is shipped a tracking number will be shared. 
• Local pickup is available for purchases within the UAE.  

Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a notification for your artwork purchase. Artworks are only shipped/picked up once payment is confirmed. 

Paintings / Canvas 

• Unstretched paintings/canvas are shipped rolled up inside a hard tube. This is a safe way to transport a painting.
• Stretched paintings/canvas on a wooden support are shipped and packed securely in cardboard.  Select this method of delivery for 'ready-to-hang' artworks.
